• Conclusion/ Summary
- Only specific type of wood crates are easier to work with (soft, bright texture/ finished)
- recycled crates must be clean thoroughly, be on the look out for wood bugs, critters, fleas..
- total budget within RM10 ( a few screws, nails and nut bolts). *excluding the heavy duty tools (saw/ hole drills) A special thank to the workshop technicians in the architecture faculty that allows me to access such equipment.
- Surface of the foam bed must be clean and smooth from any sharp elements (wood chips and especially nails). Sleeping on a sharp items could be felt by the body psychologically.
- Areas below the bed can be utilized for additional storage for drawings roll and boxes.

A minimal landscape within the prayer area. |
• In Progress
Originally, there wasn't supposed to be cemented floor within this area. It's too costly to have it removed. | |
Perhaps there's a way to work with this, by considering area as a huge planter box. Hopefully the green net is able to retain the soil within this area whenever water passed through it. |
Depth of soil equivalent to the depth of roots. With shallow soil depth, could this control the growth of the plant? |

the plants grew over the years, better than expected. |
lights plays a role, enhancing volumes |
Could we get roughly 8-12 prayer for each area? partially natural ventilated/ illuminated? a way to store+hide shoes/ sandals |
A french drain to hide the drains and keep the abolution area dry? High ceilings for dispersing the tropical heat and making the illusion of small space.. bigger? |
the prayer area ... and the landscape.. seamless.. reconnecting us, back to nature and the Almighty? |
